Our installations are done properly, not rushed. Every install includes a survey and fixed quote; supply and fitting of your new boiler; removal and safe disposal of the old one; a system flush to protect the new boiler; a magnetic filter; connection of controls and thermostat; all necessary pipework and flue work; registration of your manufacturer’s warranty; notification to Gas Safe and Building Control; and a full test and commission on completion. Most straightforward swaps are completed in a day, while more involved jobs such as system conversions or moving the boiler take longer — and we always tell you upfront. We leave the job clean and show you how everything works before we go.
Extended manufacturer warranties on selected brands
A new boiler’s warranty is only as good as the installer who registers it. As accredited installers for several manufacturers, we can register — and in many cases extend — your manufacturer’s warranty. As a Baxi Works accredited installer, for example, we can extend the warranty on a Main boiler from 2 years to 5 years at no extra cost, and on selected Vaillant, Worcester Bosch, Ideal and Glow-worm models extended warranties of up to 10 years are available. We register the warranty as part of the installation and give you the paperwork. Because keeping to an annual boiler service is a condition of most warranties, we can look after that for you too, so your cover always stays valid.

Most straightforward swaps are completed in a day. More involved jobs, such as converting from a system to a combi or relocating the boiler, can take two or three days. We tell you the timescale when we quote.
What warranty do I get with a new boiler?
Your boiler comes with the manufacturer's warranty, which we register as part of the installation. On selected brands we can extend it — for example a Main boiler from 2 to 5 years as a Baxi Works installer, and up to 10 years on selected Vaillant, Worcester Bosch, Ideal and Glow-worm models.
Should I choose a combi or system boiler?
