Our services
Gas First Ltd provides gas, boiler, heating and plumbing services across East London. All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers (registration number 587401).
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on our website are starting ("from") prices and are provided as a guide. The final price for your job depends on the work required and may be confirmed after we have assessed the job. We will make the cost clear to you before any work is carried out, and you are under no obligation to proceed.
Bookings
When you contact us or submit our booking form, you are making a request for us to get in touch and arrange work — it is not a confirmed appointment until we have spoken and agreed a time. We will call you back to confirm details.
Carrying out the work
We will carry out work with reasonable care and skill and in line with relevant gas safety regulations. You agree to provide safe access to the property and to the appliances or areas where work is needed.
Warranties
New boilers and parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the terms and length of which are set by the manufacturer and depend on the make and model. We will explain the manufacturer's warranty that applies to your installation. Any warranty claim is subject to the manufacturer's terms.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or on completion of the work, unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Liability
We carry out our work to a professional standard and are fully insured. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
