We don’t charge a separate call-out fee on top of the repair. The price we quote after diagnosing the fault is the price for the job, including our time getting the problem sorted — not an extra charge just for turning up. If it turns out to be a quick fix, you’re not paying an inflated minimum; if it’s more involved, you’ll know that before we start any work, not after.

Sometimes what feels urgent on the phone turns out to be a straightforward fault once we’re on site — and that’s fine. If it doesn’t need emergency treatment, we simply explain what we’ve found and quote it as a normal boiler repair, with the same transparent pricing.
